Great customer service. Laura and Rich got me in and out of here with the car that I wanted, and a great monthly payment rate! They also had the patience dealing with my credit union for the original loan from the bank, which I didn’t even need to use, because Laura got me an even better deal! Definitely recommend, cars are clean and on top notch condition! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, thank you so much! Laura is amazing, definitely will be back for future purchases and to stop in and say hello!

SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
Extremely unprofessional and shady! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP 3/18/2021! NO STARS! (Only put a star because it wouldn’t let me post without at least clicking on one star). I’m a mother of 5 Kids and was in need of a bigger 3 row SUV. I inquired about a Acura MDX that they had on their lot of pre-owned cars. Everything went smoothly or so I thought. I signed all the documents required to get the vehicle. At this point I was told the car is yours. They had me call my insurance company and pay for DMV fees. Stayed there a few hours with my cranky 2 year old, to make sure everything was done. I was than told car needed to get a sensor fixed that I could pick it up the next day. I said ok fine. That they would have it ready for us the next day not to stress. The next day I had my fiancé drop me off to make it easier on us to pick up the car. The dealership is closer to my job about 30 mins away compared to my house which is an hour. Throughout the day we don’t receive any updates till late afternoon Rich called to let us know they got the part late and car will be done the following day. At this point We are extremely aggravated and annoyed. But we say ok. The next day we do the same thing I have my fiancé drop me off at work and he drives the hour home to then have to pick me up later to get the car at the dealership. No calls from the dealership...I call dealership, no one is available to speak to me... I leave my number for a call back. I finally get a call back from Rich, yes come down later this afternoon car should be done by then. We get there we wait another hour there... finally they come to talk to us that they can’t sell us the car. That it’s too much money to fix the problem and that they would lose out on this deal if they actually fix it. LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! All the wait and back and fourth. The lies for the two days that they “got” the part to fix it.. to now cancel the contract because it would be too much out of pocket!!! They wouldn’t make money on the deal!!! The car should’ve been looked at and fixed before they one posted it on their website and two signed off on a deal! The thing that took me off the back edge is ... at the end was trying to get my DMV fees that I paid in cash for... they gave me an extremely hard time on getting that back. Telling us that we would have to drive back the next day to get a refund check. I was not haven’t it.... this was on them not us! I was not driving an hour back, so I had to get loud to get my money back. It was uncalled for and everything was extremely shady and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Ok so I have had previous sales experience in the past but as soon as I started the process with RITECARS it was simple and easy. I pretty much submitted everything online and by the time I got to the dealership my approval was already there waiting for me and my wife. We finally got into a truck that has enough room for the entire family. The entire staff from finance to sales was absolutely amazing and everyone had great knowledge on what was going on. Most car dealerships have no idea what they're doing. Our sales rep, RICH, was awesome. Like I said the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend anyone who Is looking for a new/used car to visit this location and ask for RICH. Thanks again guys for making this work.

Purchased a used 2012 Acura RDX with 93,000 Miles. Rich the sales man was very nice, polite, down to earth, and humble. Jeff one of the managers was a sweetheart, a little bit on the quiet side, but if u mention food he will start to chat u up lol. Laura the finance manager was a darling and does everything she can to get u into a car that u really love. My credit and income wasn’t the best but they got me the deal that I asked for. If I could give another star I would. The entire dealership was fantastic. My less than good credit was no impediment for the staff and I wound up getting two cars in two months and both deals went smoothly. My salesman Cory was great, always called me back right away and Laura in Finance had incredible patience getting me approved not once but twice! I can't imagine saying one negative comment about the staff and would highly recommend Rite Cars to anyone, good credit or bad.

10/15/2012 Got me an approval despite the hard time we had proving my income, I own my own business (Day care) and the end of year profits don't look so good on paper, but we worked around it. *** IF YOURE CREDIT IS SCREWED, THESE GUYS CAN HELP*** my wife and i were doing a loan modification after she lost her job as a sales manager for jcp and it dropped our score by a lot. the transmission in our jeep would up going out at 160k but it was about time so we were in the market to get a new vehicle. we shopped around at different places but bc of the loanmod no one could get us financed. every place was f... view moreull of crap, "come down, no problem, we can work with no money down" and then we would show up and because of our score and only 900 available they wouldnt do it (some jerkof at Atlantic kept asking me to borrow $2000 from family). we were on sunrise and saw Rite Cars. THANK GOD, they sounded like all the others but actually promised and came through. Chris was very reassuring that our credit and down payment would be enough to find some vehicles with our budget. we wound up getting a 06 honda pilot with 67k miles at $290/month and then they said we could refinance later in the year. BEST DECISION EVER Car is great, still runs well after 3months and ive already sent two ppl there cuz they were so helpful THANK YOU CHRIS AND DAVE- YOU DIDNT GIVE UP ON ME WHEN EVERYONE ELSE DID, AND YOU REALLY DID THE RIGHT THING

2 years ago- they really do have the rite cars!!!!!! i have been around shopping and no one could help me. other dealers were showing me high milage and old cars..henry and elmo took the time to listen to what i wanted and worked with me to get my 2004 tahoe. they made it possible and did not make me feel bad about my credit. they have made me a customer for life!!! thanks rite cars you guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 years ago- bought 2 cars from them in a week a truck for the winter and a car for my son. Both cars are in great condition, the staff showed be probably about 20 cars that fit my budget ( and that is an accomplishment with my son being so picky). Like I said I was so impressed with the way they handled us for my sons first car I decided to trade my car and get myself a truck for the winter. They made both cars fit in my budget with very little negotiating. When I went home I researched online and found out that I bought both cars lower than they have listed on there website. After researching further I realized there are no cars in a 25 mile radius with lower prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car or truck.

a year ago- I Have visited many dealership and car lots claiming to give you a car regardless of credit. Just when I thought all hope was gone i came across rite cars. Their cars and SUV's are in excellent shape and the staff went well and beyond locating me a place to finance my car. These guys truly are understanding and put the extra time in to get me approved. 2 years ago- Before i had come to ritecars and visited Henry who was my salesman, i had been to numerous other dealerships up and down 112 and 25, i had gotten the same treatment at all the dealerships because my credit is not so great, and so they all pretty much just kind of wrote me off and waived me away once they ran my credit......when i finally visited RiteCars and met Henry he treated me very kindly, very nice, and extremely courteous, he was very informative and didnt blow me off once he ran my credit.......Though my credit isn't great he still was able to find me a car i LOVED and put me in it and made it so i was able to drive away with it the very next day, regardless of my bad credit and my low down payment..........THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH........HENRY YOU ARE THE GREATEST

3 months ago- I was looking to buy a car for more than 2 months. Tired of all the crazy BS I decided to do everything online, I searched for a car, far from my home I found Rite cars. Made an email contact and got a response right away. nothing automated, some one actually took their time and talked to me about the car. They were very clear about how they advertise their cars on line. there are a few fees involved but even so their price was a lot lower than all these other big dealers I had talked to. drove there and met my sales guy Chris and the manager Peter. Both were very professional and nice. Got a very attractive interest rate and a beautiful car. I would definitely recommend these guys. Down to earth and honest yet very professional. Thanks guys.

Best experience for buying a car! Would recommend Rite Cars to my friends and family. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Found the truck I wanted. They drove it to my mechanic so he could check it out. Everything was great with the truck a little out of our price range, but they even negotiated a great price and now the truck is ours and am very happy with it.
